Prior to the World Cup, Brazil’s Rodrygo and Marquinhos issue a caution about having too much confidence.

Brazilian players are careful not to grow too confident despite being one of the top teams in the world going into the World Cup.

Brazilian stars Rodrygo and Marquinhos have warned their colleagues about the risks of believing their own hype, claiming that expecting to win as favorites will not result in anything positive.

Brazil has one of the strongest teams on paper, with world-class stars like Neymar and Vinicius Junior as its focal points. Since the 2018 World Cup, they have advanced to two Copa America finals, winning one in 2019 and losing one to Argentina in 2021.
