Manchester City are set to submit an official offer for Declan Rice today as they ramp up their interest in the West Ham midfielder.
Arsenal have seen a £90m offer rejected by the Hammers and are now facing competition for their main target. Athletic reports that City will make their choice for Rice, following Ilkay Gundogan’s decision to leave the club.
